The Mill, Harbertonford

About This Project

Working closely with the developer, we were tasked with the electrical installation of this Grade II listed, former Woollen Mill which dates back to 1769. The derelict building was converted sympathetically into seven, luxury, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom town houses. The clever combination of contemporary architectural design and traditional materials harmonise perfectly, allowing much of the original character of this listed building to remain.

Our services included the electrical installation to these seven individual, domestic dwellings, along with a landlord’s installation to include communal lighting and TV distribution system. Six of these dwellings were built as planned to an agreed specification, however one property was purchased prior to the electrical installation being carried out, to which they requested the employment of a lighting designer. We worked closely alongside the client’s lighting designer to install a lighting scheme to meet the new owners requirements.
